    Taking caffeine pills

    Does anyone on here take caffeine pills in the morning to get them to get out of bed? I have a hard time getting up and find myself oversleeping even past my alarm clock going off. Would caffeine pills help me if i take them a couple hours before i have to be up?

    anyone try pre caged premium pre workout before they start their training? It has bcaa’s, creatine, and caffeine as their main ingredients I got a good deal on it. Comes with a nice berry flavor and I mix it in with my water. So far so good on this but tastes sugary

    my caffeine intake has gotten out of hand and I'm very anxious and feel like very jittery all day do you think it would still be okay to take a pre-workout before the gym because by the time I get out of work I'm usually dead tired

    Has anyone tried C4 fruit punch flavored pre workout? it's got caffeine, Arginine, beta alanine, creatine, and electrolytes seems like a pretty good formula. Do you recommend I take this before my workout but not too late in the day so I don't have to stay up all night

    Caffeine and stimulants

    I drink about six cups of coffee everyday and I also take stimulants pre-workout usually about 30 minutes ahead of time so that it hits me hard while I'm working out and I don't crash. Sometimes I'll even take more during my workout if I feel like my energy is waning. How much is too much and...
