Thanks for the feedback. Yes definitely will continue putting in the hours especially now that summers starting. Would you recommend I start high intensity cardio like butterfly stroke in swimming ? Or keep to low intensity?

I think you should try both forms of cardio
they are both important

For cardio I did 90 min of walking outside to burn 550 cal
I also picked up raw honey and honey comb let me know if it’s a good addition to the diet or if i schools scrap it.
